Room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the Wi-Fi was unreliable. The bar had live music, which was a nice touch.

The location is perfect for visiting the Grand Canyon, just a short drive away. The restaurant has a lively bar with good cocktails but was understaffed during dinner, leading to long wait times. Rooms are quaint with a rustic vibe, but the Wi-Fi was inconsistent. They had live music at the bar, which added to the atmosphere.

The room was cozy with a nice view of the sunset. Staff gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for Valentine’s Day.
It wasn't cheap, but for the quality, it felt acceptable.

Staff was friendly and the location near the Grand Canyon was perfect. The room had issues like a loose shower handle and limited TV channels.

Directions need a fix; input 257 US-180 for accurate navigation. The kiosk check-in? Innovative and efficient. Assistance is available if needed. We stayed across the street in a charming, rustic room, reminiscent of cozy cabins. Renovations are underway, so ignore initial appearances—they're improving. Proximity to attractions, like Flintstone’s Bedrock City, is a plus. The restaurant serves quality food and unexpectedly strong drinks, but don’t expect complimentary breakfast. Water pressure is impressive, a pleasant surprise given its remote location. The staff was helpful, but communication could improve—details about breakfast and amenities were sparse. This place offers solid value for the Grand Canyon experience. Enjoyable stay overall, with room for enhancement.

I was shocked by how tiny our room was—two people could barely move! The fridge smelled foul, and I couldn’t even shut the door securely. The staff didn’t care when I complained, making it feel even more unsafe.

This hotel is just a half-hour drive from the Grand Canyon, making it an ideal spot for exploration, and with charming shops along the way, it adds to the adventure; it’s a cozy place with friendly service and a simple but good restaurant that serves tasty burgers and fajitas, offering a nice way to unwind after your excursions. The rooms are unique, giving a fun feel, but the bathroom could use a bit more space.

Super close to the Grand Canyon, which was awesome! The staff were super friendly and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The room was pretty big, but there were no comfy chairs to relax in. the TV didn’t work, and the bathroom had a couple of pesky spiders.

Good location and free parking. Wi-Fi was weak and flaky.

The room was spacious, with good beds and ample counter space. Clean bathrooms were a plus. Unfortunately, the comforter was falling apart, and the stained tub felt uninviting. I appreciated the inside corridor room for added security. there were issues with amenities: the TV only worked on one channel, and the microwave access was inconvenient. I also noticed dust and flies, which detracted from the comfort. The staff was nice and accommodating, especially regarding my mobility needs. It had potential, but maintenance and cleanliness require significant improvements.

The room was spacious with cute pinewood furniture and a mini fridge! I loved the log cabin vibe – it made me feel right at home. The staff were super friendly, and I discovered some great food at the restaurant!
Can recommend! ❤️✨

Conveniently close to the Grand Canyon, it works for a quick stop, but not much else. The bunkhouse felt cozy and clean, but the room's TV needed maintenance to function. Breakfast was a bright spot—good food and friendly service made it enjoyable. the overall feel was outdated, with dust and an unpleasant odor lingering in the air. The staff’s attitude left something to be desired, especially at the reception. Limited amenities and noise from the highway didn’t help. For a longer stay, seeking alternatives around Williams seems wise.

The Grand Canyon Inn and Motel offers an ideal spot for visiting the Grand Canyon’s South Rim. Its proximity to the entrance is a significant advantage, making it easy to access stunning views and hikes. If you're spending most of your time outdoors, this location is a solid choice.

Just a proper fit for shopping in Valle with great value-to-price ratio. Nice location to the South entrance.

Great location near Grand Canyon South Rim Entrance, providing a cozy cabin vibe in the room. The friendly staff assisted in storing our perishable items in cold storage since the room lacked a fridge.
Room electricity was limited with only one outlet, causing inconveniences with electronic devices. The bathroom had maintenance issues, like a faulty shower and insufficient hot water.

The hotel allowed me to check in early, which was a huge relief after my early morning ride to beat the heat on my Harley Davidson. The pool was a lifesaver in the scorching Phoenix weather. On the downside, the window HVAC unit was quite noisy, especially when everything else was quiet. Dinner at the restaurant was just okay, nothing to write home about. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. The location was great, close to the Grand Canyon but away from the crowds of Tusayan. The Raptor Ranch and Bedrock across the street were surprisingly fun diversions. when I first checked in, the bathroom bath was broken in the older part of the hotel. Thankfully, when I returned after my hiking trip, the newer part of the hotel was much better. As for the third part of the hotel I stayed in, it was a bit disappointing. The room was tiny, with no fridge or microwave. The bedding was inadequate for the cold night, and the overall room condition was very tired. On a more positive note, the second part of the hotel I stayed in had a decent room and restaurant. It was conveniently close to the Grand Canyon National Park, and the price was friendly. Unfortunately, another negative was the room we were moved to when the TV didn't work. It was dark due to limited lighting, and the beds were creaky.

Grand Canyon Inn offers a fantastic dining experience and a cozy bar. Conveniently located near Grand Canyon, perfect for exploring. The staff was helpful and friendly, except for the grumpy front desk lady.
Dealing with the grumpy lady at the front desk felt like a royal nuisance.

loved the western feel of the room. quaint and sweet. thank you for the coffee maker! easy check-in and check-out. clean room. good wifi signal. comfortable bed. good night's sleep. good selection of tv channels. coffee facilities and fridge provided. convenient location for both Grand Canyon and Williams. adjacent to gas station for any additional food and drinks. the rooms are very rustic, with wood everything, even a little water fall thing for tranquility. the location overall is great, even though about 20 minutes away from the Grand Canyon. my son loved the Fred Flintstones Village across the street from the hotel even more than the Grand Canyon. liked the touristy type stuff in this tiny town like the old fashioned gas station with old classic cars on display there. appreciative of the hotel staff's flexibility in refunding a day back when I had to switch my reservation to a 3-day stay.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property. 🤷♀️

Located conveniently near the South Rim entrance of the Grand Canyon, making it a great base for exploring. The rooms were clean, and the staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the cleanliness and size of the room during our stay.
The atmosphere in the lobby felt tense, and there was a strong chemical odor in the hallway outside our room. Limited dining options in the area and noisy bathroom exhaust fans were a downside.

Our squad had a blast at the seasonal pool, perfect for taking epic Insta pics! The free Wi, Fi let us share all our crazy adventures non, stop. The staff was super chill and made sure we were living our best life. Plus, the rooms had major old, school vibes, totally vibing with our cool crew.
Ya know what would've been lit? An outdoor DJ by the pool for epic party nights.
